Hitachi Washing Machine Repair — Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah
Same-day service for all Hitachi washer faults — front-load and top-load. We carry the parts in the van, so most jobs are done in a single visit without you waiting around for a part to be ordered.
We Know Hitachi Washers.
Not Just Appliances in General.
Ahmed Khan leads our washing machine repairs and has spent eleven years working specifically on Hitachi units. He knows the difference between an E3 fault that needs a sensor replaced and one that is actually a drum bearing issue showing a secondary code. That kind of experience matters — it means fewer parts replaced unnecessarily and a faster, more accurate repair.
We work on all Hitachi washer types — front-loaders, top-loaders, inverter models with digital displays, and older mechanical models that other shops no longer support. Most common parts are on the van: door gaskets, drain pumps, drum bearings, PCB boards, inlet valves, motor brushes. If your model needs something less common, we tell you upfront rather than leaving you waiting.

Is Your Hitachi Washer Doing Any of These?
These are the faults we deal with most often. If you see your problem listed, we already know what causes it and how to fix it properly.
Not Draining After the Wash Cycle
The drum fills and washes but water stays inside at the end. Almost always a blocked drain filter, a failed drain pump, or a kinked drain hose. We clear the blockage or swap the pump — whichever the actual cause turns out to be.
Not Spinning or Spinning Slowly
Clothes come out soaking wet, or the spin cycle does not engage at all. Common causes: worn carbon brushes on the motor, a faulty control board signal, an unbalanced load sensor, or a broken belt on older models. We test before replacing anything.
Error Codes on the Display
Codes like E1, E3, E7, F02, or others show up and the machine stops. Most codes point to a specific component. We read the code, test the part it relates to, and give you a straight answer before any work begins.
Water Leaking from the Machine
Puddles under or around the machine. The most common source is a damaged door gasket on front-loaders, though split hoses and faulty inlet valves also cause leaks. Some leaks only show up during spin — we test under all conditions to find the exact source.
Loud Banging or Grinding Noise on Spin
A rhythmic banging on the spin cycle almost always means worn drum bearings. Left too long, the bearing damage spreads to the spider arm and what was a straightforward repair becomes expensive. Grinding during the wash is usually a foreign object in the drum or pump.
Door Won't Open or Won't Lock
A front-loader that locks and will not release is a faulty door interlock switch. If the door will not lock at all, the machine will not start. Same component, different failure mode. We carry interlock switches for most Hitachi models and can usually fix this same day.
Machine Won't Turn On
Press the power button and nothing happens. Check the socket and RCD switch first. If power is fine, it is likely a blown thermal fuse, a failed power switch, or a control board fault. We test from the simplest cause outward so you do not pay for an unnecessary board replacement.
Clothes Coming Out Dirty or Smelly
Stains not lifting, fabric softener not dispensing, or a musty smell on washed clothes usually points to a blocked detergent drawer, a clogged recirculation path, or mould in the drum seal folds. Often resolved with a proper service clean without needing to replace any parts.
Washer Repair Questions
Specific questions about Hitachi washing machine repairs. Ask us anything on WhatsApp if you need more.
Ask UsMost Hitachi washer repairs — drain pump, door lock, bearing replacement, carbon brushes — take between one and three hours on site. We rarely need to take the machine away. Control board replacements on less common models may take longer if the board needs to be specially ordered, but we tell you that upfront before you commit to anything.
On most Hitachi front-loaders, E3 relates to a motor or drum speed issue — typically worn carbon brushes or a faulty hall sensor. It can also show up when the drum is mechanically stiff from bearing wear. If you can send us your model number via WhatsApp, we can tell you what is most likely before we even come out.
If the repair cost is under 50% of a comparable new machine and the drum and body are in reasonable shape, repairing almost always makes financial sense. When we diagnose the machine, we will tell you honestly if it is not worth fixing. We do not push repairs on machines that are genuinely past it.
Yes, both types. Top-loaders have different gearbox and agitator setups; front-loaders have door seals, spider arms, and bearings that fail more often in the UAE's humid environment. We carry parts for both and stock the commonly needed components for each type.
Yes. Mohammed handles Abu Dhabi and Faisal covers Sharjah. Scheduling is usually within 24 hours for both — sometimes same-day if you contact us before noon. Pricing is identical to Dubai with no extra charges for location.
